Well its been interesting, just being on the USS Kingdom after transporting from the USS Jenolan, I've already gained at least 10 lbs, which I'm going to find hard to loose. But hopefully with the large crew of the Kingdom, and its bigger gym and facilities will help me loose those love handles...

Anyway, I do have a serious issues; one is the health of the captain which is not that problmatic. I see that she is spending a lot of time on massive paperwork getting the ship out of Starbase, and with her busy schedule, I think she needs something to help her; so I'm going to insist that she has a good diet, protein, carbos, fish oils, and maybe a very light sedative to help calm her nerves down.

Secondly is the issue of Petty Office Peabody. With him not having his mandatory Starfleet Psychological Fitness Report, I'm afraid that his bullying attitude is going to end up badly for him and the ship. But there is help. I'm going to have him attend a weekly mental health interview to be administered by me. Maybe I can break through that so-called hard shell, and find what's behind the shell.

Other than that, I think the Kingdom will be a good ship for me to end my career with Starfleet. With my retirement in another five years, I think that I should be safe from being tansferred to another Starship...

Signed:

Lt(JG) Pensari Shinawatara
Chief Medical Officer
USS Kingdom
